By creating an account or using Altidex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Altidex is a vendor insurance compliance platform for property management companies. We automate COI collection, verification, follow-ups, and broker outreach on your behalf.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One workspace per account. You must provide accurate company information during signup.

When you start Autopilot, you authorize Altidex to send emails to your vendors and their insurance brokers on your behalf. All emails clearly identify Altidex as the sender. You can pause or stop outreach for any vendor at any time.

You define your own insurance requirements during onboarding. Altidex checks vendor certificates against the criteria you configure. You are responsible for ensuring your requirements are appropriate for your business.

Altidex performs automated checks against requirements you define. It does not provide insurance advice or legal certification. Compliance results are not guaranteed. Human review is recommended for exceptions and edge cases.

You own your data. COI documents uploaded by vendors are processed by AI to extract insurance information. Documents and extracted data are stored for your compliance records. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Altidex is not an insurance advisor or legal service. We are not liable for gaps in coverage, compliance failures, or decisions made based on our automated checks. The service is provided as-is.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and functionality at any time.

You can stop using Altidex at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms and will notify you via email of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
